How to provide Foxit with the necessary data for printing related problems?

Follow these steps to provide Foxit with the necessary data for printing related problems:

1. Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button , and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers.
2. Right-click a printer, and then click Printer properties.
3. On the General tab, click Print Test Page.
4. Scan print info and send it back to Foxit Support
5. Foxit will also need system information. Please go to http://sync-us.foxit.com/se/Huy/WindowsTools/GetComputerInfo.zip and download the tool.
6. Run the tool (GetComputerInfo.exe), and click GetInfo
7. Click Save
8. Locate GetComputerInfo.log on the desktop and send it to Foxit support.
